First check Your Emsigner Version up to latest 2.6 Install your DSC token properly Install latest java version. check whether https://gst.gov.in/ open in Internet Exlorer (irrespective of its version) if page is displayed like this, then following steps to follow : 1. click on Tools > Internet Options     or  go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options 2. Under the Advance tab > tick on Use TLS 1.2 under Security Section then click on Apply Button.   3. Again try to open  https://gst.gov.in/ in Internet Exlorer (irrespective of its version). this time GST Website will open in IE. 4.
