First check

Your Emsigner Version up to latest 2.6

Install your DSC token properly

Install latest java version.

check whether https://gst.gov.in/ open in Internet Exlorer (irrespective of its version)

if page is displayed like this, then following steps to follow :

1. click on Tools > Internet Options
    or  go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options

2. Under the Advance tab > tick on Use TLS 1.2 under Security Section then click on Apply Button.

 

3. Again try to open  https://gst.gov.in/ in Internet Exlorer (irrespective of its version). this time GST Website will open in IE.

4. Now Add the url - https://127.0.0.1:port No. (port on which server is started Eg: https://127.0.0.1:1585). in chrome browser address bar and press the Enter key

you will be prompted to add the certificate to exception site list.
Ensure that the port number is matching with emSigner port description.

5. Type the url https://127.0.0.1:1585 in Google Chrome browser.

6. Click the Advanced button.

7. Click the Proceed to 127.0.0.1 (unsafe) button.

8. web page will appear like this.

Now you can try to Register/Update Digital signature on Chrome Browser.
